The briefing
Kitchen intelligence for the whole UK.
Jordan's Report reads public diner reviews, delivery comments, and menu mentions across the United Kingdom, then turns them into a chef-facing briefing: what is selling, what is being praised, and which faults keep coming up. Ratings, sentiment, complaint radar, and source excerpts are only shown after you create an account and sign in.
What it covers
The dashboard is UK-wide by default, with nation and city cuts for England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and major kitchen markets. Categories span chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian, breakfast, burgers, curry, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, desserts, roast dinners, and pies.
Each signed-in run reports dishes tracked, average rating, sentiment, the top complaint, a six-axis complaint radar (dryness, bland flavour, too salty, small portions, low protein, texture), and the dishes moving fastest.
Who it is for
Head chefs, development kitchens, and operators who need a quick read on how a meal type is landing with UK diners before rewriting a menu, briefing a supplier, or changing a cook method.
How to read a report
Sentiment is the share of comments that read as positive. The radar is relative complaint volume, not a quality score: a high dryness mark means diners mention dryness more than the other five faults in that window. Trending dishes are those gaining review volume versus the previous window.
